CEREALS IN THE SUN
1st July 2017
Members of the T H WHITE Projects team spent two days at Cereals 2017 – the leading technical show for the UK arable industry which was held this year held on 14 and 15 June at The Old Rocket Site, Boothby Graffoe, Lincolnshire.
After recently attending the three Camgrain open days at Stratford, Kettering and Cambridge – plus the Fengrain event at Wimblington and Fordson centenary Tractor show in Devizes – the event team moved on to Cereals, a high profile national event that attracts numerous exhibitors from the industry.
T H WHITE Projects stand, comprising two white marquees on a 10m² plot, was erected ready to host many of the show’s expected 25,000 visitors in some excellent hot and sunny weather conditions.
More than 500 organisations were promoting their products and services at the show with trade stands, crop plant areas, static equipment, plant and working demonstrations.
The T H WHITE stand contained displays explaining the capabilities of the Projects Division as well as other relevant Group Divisions, portraying our diverse businesses and maximising our presence whilst generating a lot of interest and discussion from the passing traffic.
The sunshine held good throughout the show and with the Projects marquee stand offering plenty of welcome shade the team was able to meet with numerous existing and new customers, plus many of the suppliers and contractors also attending the exhibition.
Next year T H WHITE Projects will be attending more shows and exhibitions in the UK, starting with LAMMA 18 in January. We look forward to another series of successful events.
